If the kiosk is sent back within 7 days of original receipt, the manufacturer covers all shipping costs. After 7 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping cost. The manufacturer will pay to ship the repaired or new unit back to the customer. In case it's determined to be a non-warranty issue, the factory will quote the repair cost at that time. 1-Year Warranty extension (to a total of 2 years) is available for an additional $149.
