The 43" kiosk bundle (the “Prize”) is sponsored by Apexis, Inc. dba Wonder (“Wonder”). By participating in the raffle (the “Raffle”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by Wonder’s decisions, which are final and binding in all respects.
Eligibility:
The Raffle is open only to authorized representatives of retail businesses (“Retailer”) that are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
One (1) entry per Retailer is allowed for this Raffle. Multiple entries from the same Retailer or individual will be disqualified.
Valid contact name and cell phone number must be provided.
Participants must physically attend the GigaCloud Showroom Party on January 25, 2026 and be present during the drawing, which will take place at approximately 3:30 pm PT.
Submission Period:
The Raffle starts on 01/07/2026 at 12:00 pm PT (Pacific Time) and ends on 1/25/2026 at 3:00 pm PT (the “Submission Period”).
Participants must submit their raffle entry no later than January 25, 3 pm PT.

Winner Selection:
All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be entered into a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced and notified at the GigaCloud Showroom Party on January 25 at approximately 3:30 PM PT.
The winner is responsible for monitoring their phone messages. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by a Wonder agent by 3:45 pm PT, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or is not present, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize, and Wonder may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or elect not to award the Prize.
Prize:
One (1) 43" kiosk bundle with an approximate retail value of $4,124.
Includes a 43" PCAP 4K Touchscreen Monitor, Pre-Loaded with App and Catalog for Fast Deployment, Peerless Stand, Payment Terminal, all manufacturer-provided cords, cables, and assembly parts. Terms and conditions may apply.
The Prize is awarded “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer.
All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any installation, activation, subscription, upgrade, or other costs not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Additional Limitations:
The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept or redeem the prize on the terms it is awarded, the prize shall be forfeited, and no cash or substitutes will be provided either in full or in part.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold Wonder, as well as their respective directors, officers, and employees, harmless against any and all claims and liabilities that may arise from the use of the prize.
A Wonder subscription and device license is required to activate the kiosk prize. Winner will need to pay for subscription at end of term.
Please note that any costs associated with an upgrade are not included as part of the prize.
